Disrupt Aging Community Health Challenge

Left in the Challenge

Welcome to the Disrupt Aging Community Health Challenge!

AARP and the YMCA are on a mission to change the conversation about aging in America.  We believe that aging is about growth.  That it creates new opportunities.  And that making a difference has no age limit.

We believe YOU are the leaders in reframing the way we age.  As you reframe your internal perception of aging, you will present yourself and act differently.  The effects will ripple as friends, family and community members see new possibilities for aging.
